DISPUTE RESOLUTION: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Lagos state without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to personal jurisdiction by and venue in the state and federal courts of Lagos state. This Agreement shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the application of which is hereby expressly excluded. You certify that You have read and that You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions in this Agreement.
